Savannah Gee is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Sport Psychology from North Carolina State University. With experience in both individual and group therapy, Savannah has worked in psychiatric and clinical settings for over three years.
She specializes in working with children, young adults, and individuals navigating PTSD, life transitions, and anxiety and depression disorders. Savannah utilizes a collaborative, client-centered approach, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and play therapy techniques. She believes therapy should be a partnership where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions while working together to develop strategies that align with their personal goals.
